Thermoplastic Tubes for the Automotive Industry

We manufacture thermoplastic tubes and sleeves designed to protect, guide, and insulate automotive cables. Our products meet the precision, flexibility, and resistance requirements demanded by major manufacturers.

We produce flexible tubes in PVC, PU, and thermoplastic rubber, as well as rigid tubes in polyethylene, polypropylene, acetal, and polyamides 6, 12, and 6/6. Each material is selected according to the required hardness, thickness, and performance level.

Our tubes are used in cables for door opening, handbrake, accelerator, hood opening, and window lift systems. They are also part of components in side mirrors, rear lights, and other subassemblies.

We have high-precision cutting processes (+/- 3 mm) and manufacturing with specific diameters, densities, and lengths for each client.

Our products are featured in lines such as VW Beetle, Jetta, Golf, Ford Escape, GMC Avalanche, Chrysler Durango, Nissan Sentra, Altima, and Maxima, Mercedes-Benz M-Class, and Subaru Forester, among others.
